New Year, No Resolutions

As we are now a few days into this new year- actually, new decade, I always feel compelled to pull together a list of the things I want to improve in my life. Do you all do this? I know I am not alone- people set goals to lose weight, get organized, eat better, save money, and the list goes on. A clean slate to start anew, to do things differently. But what I am deciding to do this year is to not have any resolutions. Crazy, right? I guess my "resolution" this year is to be content with my life...

At-Home Pampering

At-Home Pampering

Things to do this Fall: At-Home Pampering by Jenna (our new Intern!) As Fall is approaching and summer’s rays are dwindling, it becomes a time of transition: the temperature changes, it gets dark earlier in the evening. Fall into Fall!

Fall into Fall!

Wow, it's Fall! When you live in Southern California, the weather doesn't always indicate this change of seasons, but you can feel it in the air. Does anyone else think this change of seasons shows up as a slap in the face when you walk into the drug store and see Halloween (and even Christmas) decorations the day after Labor Day? Me too! Every year without fail, Fall arrives and surprises me. I usually end up behind  in  getting the kids organized with school stuff, and I yearn for those unstructured Summer days that ended a minute ago. Well, friends, not...
