Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping 

Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped out the same business day. After 12 p.m. PST, the item will ship the following next business day. For our standard free shipping, we estimate the item to arrive approximately 4 (four) business days after it ships. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. We offer Expedited Shipping (1-2 days) for a fee.  Expedited Shipping to the West Coast (CA, AZ, NV, OR) is $18 per order.  Expedited Shipping to all of the US excluding Hawaii, Alaska and the West Coast is $22 per order. 

Return Policy

All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or defective. Returns require prior authorization from 8th and Meadows Gift Co.  If you've received damaged or defective merchandise, please send photos to kristina@boomshop.us to receive credit or replacements.

Do you ship the item with a receipt, or prices?

Products do not come with visible prices. We also do not put packing slips inside the boxes since they are gifts.

Can I write a gift message?

At checkout, you will have an opportunity to write a gift message to your recipient, which will be placed inside the box, so they know who the gift is from.

We have a Rewards program at 8th and Meadows Gift Co. You automatically accrue points for your purchases. To use these points for discounts, you will have to create an account.

If you have already created an account with us, and verified it by clicking on the "Activate Your Account" button in the e-mail you were sent, the same e-mail and password also works for our Rewards program.
Once you are logged in at our website, your Rewards point totals will be available in the tab on the lower right hand corner of the Website, where it says "Earn Rewards":

How do I earn points?

You receive 10 points for every dollar you spend. You can also receive points for referring a friend that makes a purchase.

How do I spend points?

You can check your available points when you click on the Rewards tab on the bottom right of our website. Then click on "Get Rewards". It will tell you the available amount you can redeem, and you can click on the appropriate Reward and it will automatically add the reward into your transaction.
